Some of you may notice the great new look around here. The new digs are nice, aren’t they? Well there are a couple bugs and the redesign is in BETA mode. I am going on vacation right now. No updates until at least the 14th. I will be getting back some where around the 14th to the 17th so look for new posts, as well as photos then.
So shanehaven.com now has an email. You might say, well didn’t it before? YES! Yes, it did, however I lost the password … clumsy me! So I had to create a new one. It is lame in comparison to the old one, but it will still do it’s service!

So I sat down to Vlog the other night. As I said in my previous post, I was moving towards doing that. I felt it would be easier and faster way of actually getting my ideas out there. Well I will say this, it is less work! However it takes more time. Thus I will continue with the written word. I am going to try out a new theme. I love this theme, do not get me wrong but Wordpress has just put out a new one, thus I am going to see if it is better.
Now so that way this post actually has some relevance to the outside world, I will post a photograph that I took the other day of my family’s new puppy. I think it is one of my better, if not best, shots I have ever had.
Yes, CHANGE, the most popular buzzword right now has come to this website. I can’t say that it is the change Obama is talking of. See I am a student and I have an enormous workload this semester . Mainly because I have thirty-two books to read over the next seventeen weeks. That isn’t counting for research (more book reading), papers, projects, presentations, and busy work. Yet I don’t want my personal life to be totally destroyed. I was trying to post every day or nearly everyday. But now I will have a schedule implemented so I can post items yet not have it cut into my studies. So I figure the best time to post is either on break in between classes or after I get home from my classes. I will also TRY to post once on the weekend, probably in the evening. So from now until the forseeable future (mid-May), I will update on Monday and Wednesday’s that will be able to be viewed on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS. Then an additional post on either FRIDAY SATURDAY or SUNDAY. I really apologize for this to my few regular viewers but it is what has to be done.
