I rented this game the other day.  I knew it was one of the big releases of the year but oh man was I in for a surprise. This is one of the best video games ever made. Yep you read correctly. Normally I am quick to say a game of the past is one of the best, since I am more of a traditionalist, but this game is amazing. The boss fights, the game play, the graphics, everything is nearly flawless. Now this is a Next Gen MGS game meaning there is a LOT of cut scenes. The game is more of an interactive film than anything else. And yes like the other MGS games it is confusing. But this game wraps everything into a nice little package and explains a lot of the story that was confusing. IDK anything bad to really say about the game except for the voice and the mouths moving on the characters are not the best. But that is the only flaw I saw in the game and I just beat it about an hour ago.  The game does a great job of making you feel like you are in on the action. Both during cut scenes and in actual gameplay. I don’t want to give anything away but there is a part of the game where you have to get on a ship and find something, I won’t say what it is, but the whole begginging part of that level feels awesome. There is even certain characters that may freak you out. It has been a long time (probably since Resident Evil 2) when I was fighting a boss and actually was freaked out while fighting it. The game is really awesome I indeed give it a 10/10 and this game has the potential to be the PS3’s savior. I mean knowing what I know now, I would recommend people who don’t have a PS3 to go get one plus this game. I NEVER say that because I never think one should pay roughly 400 bucks for a system plus 65 bucks for a game just for a single game. But this one is worth it.

I have stated earlier that I think Iran is out to accomplish more than just pure Nuclear Energy reactors for electricity.  I know Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has stated fairly horrible comments about Israel in the past.  It seems that the right winged parts of the U.S. Government, and some of the Left as well wants to take it easy and go about this methodically, however if it comes to it, war could be the answer.  This is a nation we have to be careful with and not jump into war with just yet but prepare because if Iran gets nuclear warheads from the Russians that would be a very scary thing.  Bush met with Sarkozy, the French President, to talk about a united front against Iran.  Although Sarkozy said nothing of military action and talked about further sanctions, it is nice to know that France is somewhat on our side.  Although I have no doubt that we could take on Iran, we wouldn’t really be able to occupy it like Iraq if need be. We would need help from big name nations that would be willing to take on the kind of role the U.S. did in both Iraq and Afghanistan.  I think most of Europe is scared about Iran and with Sarkozy as the leader of France, it may be possible.

… Who knew that he was actually still in it until yesterday? I thought he was out soon after my boy Mitt gave up.
